Class Descriptions

Gentle Yoga - perfect class for the beginner or one looking for a slower paced class.  the postures (asanas) are held longer to facilitate a deep release of muscle tension while being restorative and restful.  it is a great way to start and end the week!

Beginning Hatha Flow - perfect for the beginner wanting to learn posture flow (vinyasa).  Students will explore sun salutations and basic hatha yoga postures along with incorporating breathwork (pranayama) throughout the practice.

Hatha Yoga Flow - This class offers the student the opportunity to balance body and breath by exploring the sun salutations and other creative posture flows.
